Fitness Center Membership: A Great Way to Work Out

Our Fitness Center Membership program is a great way to improve and maintain your fitness level, once you've completed your physical therapy program. For a modest monthly fee you'll have access to:

  • A variety of exercise equipment at our facility — from cable machines to fitness balls to free weights — designed to further your rehabilitation.
  • Assistance from qualified staff on how to use the equipment or enhance your workout routine

Before you get started, your physical therapist will create a customized program for you, based on any injuries or limitations and incorporating activities geared toward your personal needs. Your program will then be updated every month, so that it will reflect your progress toward greater strength and function.

As a Fitness Center member, you can drop in any time between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, or between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on Friday. It's a friendly but professional place to exercise safely and effectively.
